It’s that time of year in Minnesota. The parks are cold and damp, the bike trails close and the leaves are soggy and brown.

This is a great mood-setting shot, and the mix of stark contrasts and shimmering gradients (in light) are real eye-candy to me..
But most of all, I LOVE the ever so faint swath of color.. that is what wins me most about this picture. Great call on that.

That's a great shot from a cheap camera. Goes to show that price doesn't create good shots! I really love how you got some faint color in there. It really adds a lot without being overly noticed. Really good job. 9/9
